Refund policy

At The Reason Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Certain items such as personalized, digital, or clearance products may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
